Why? Because it needs serious help and a new direction. There are so many people living here who fear change. Hilton Head Island can be an incredible draw with some forward thinking and planning. The airport expansion is critical to our economic well being. When you view towns like Aspen, CO. you see change. You see the younger successful business people moving there because they can actually fly their jets into that airport. More importantly because they are now virtual they are even move their entire corporations there due to the quality of life. There is nothing wrong by being a so called FAT CAT. Fat Cats make the economy work. We should be an island that welcomes FAT CATs. It''s jobs, tax revenue, and happier people when everyone is doing well. Let''s get off the dime and make it happen.
